Super Simple Salsa:
3 large tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel (w/green chilies)
1 each red and yellow bell peppers
1 can whole black beans, rinsed and drained
Jalapenos (your choice, for desired level of heat. I'm a wuss so I leave them out.)
Chop all fresh ingredients to desired level of chunkiness (except for the lime, just use the juice.) Mix together gently, cover and refrigerate for at least a few hours. Serve this beautiful mixture of colors and flavors with blue corn chips or your favorite tortilla chips. It needs to all be eaten within a day or two, because of all of the fresh ingredients, but that shouldn't be a problem since it's so delicious. Enjoy!Share a photo of yourself.
